Anthony V. Borrello, 80, of 20 Wicks Manor Dr., Danbury, CT, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at his home in Danbury. He was the loving husband of Patricia, his high school sweetheart.

Tony was born in Norwalk, CT, a son of the late Vincent and Frances Borrello. He graduated high school in Norwalk, CT. Tony began his profession­al career at Perkin Elmer, where he proudly retired after 41 years.

Tony was loved and respected by many as he served as the President of the Amerigo Vespucci Lodge for several years and volunteere­d for Richter Park’s Senior Men’s Club. Another one of his passions was volunteeri­ng for the annual golf tournament held at Richter supporting Ann’s Place.

Tony is predecease­d by his sister, Norma Griffith.

In addition to his wife of 61 years, he is survived by his children: Lisa (Glenn) Campbell; Tony (Karen) Borrello, and Sue (Ken) Walters. His siblings: Vincent Borrello, Ellen Romero, Nancy Borrello, and John Borrello. His grandchild­ren: Keith Campbell, Korynne Campbell, Ken Walters, Michael Walters,

Nick Walters, Jeff Campbell, Tom Walters, Emily Borrello, and Anthony Borrello.

Private funeral services will be held at Green Funeral Home in Danbury, CT on Saturday, January 30th, 2021. Condolence­s to the family can be submitted at www.thegreenfu­neralhome.com
