Brandon Lee Forlastro

-

Brandon Lee Forlastro passed away on May 1, 2022 in New Milford, CT. Brandon was born on May 1, 2000 in Danbury, CT to his loving parents Jennifer Coote Forlastro and Jeffrey Forlastro.

Brandon was a staple member of his community, constantly making deep connections with everyone he met. He was a car and motorcycle enthusiast, to say the least, turning his passion into a career working as a parts advisor for Max BMW Motorcycle and working on cars in his spare time. He loved going to car and bike meets where he became an integral part of the community, sometimes organizing the meets himself. He was incredibly proud to be able to speak Spanish fluently, which allowed him to form bonds across language barriers. Some knew him as Rubio.

He was outgoing, intelligent, and an incredible son and friend. In his youth, Brandon was a proud participant in his local Boy Scout troop #9, and always lived up to the attributes, values, and skills that he gained through his involvement in the troop. He loved nature and the innocence of animals.

In addition to his parents, Jeffrey and Jennifer Forlastro, Brandon is survived by his paternal grandfather Richard Forlastro, maternal grandparents Robert and Jacqueline Coote, uncle David Coote, and Aunt Megan Aversano. As well as many uncles, aunts, cousins, and the family he made in the car and motorcycle community.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South St., Danbury, CT 06810) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 3:30 p.m.
