On June 13, 2020 AST received a report of an assault in Stebbins. An investigat­ion led to the arrest of Wayne Foxie, 33, of Stebbins on charges of Kidnapping, Sexual assault and Assault III.

On June 19, 2020 AST received a report of an assault in Stebbins. An investigat­ion led to the arrest of Tommy Raymond, 22, of Stebbins) on charges of kidnapping, three counts of Assault II, and three counts of Assault IV.

On June 20, 2020 at approximat­ely 12:45 p.m., Troopers responded to a single vehicle rollover at mile 11.8 Kougarok Road. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, 17-year-old Judith Dorman of Nome, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The body has been sent to the State Medical Examiner for autopsy to confirm cause of death. No foul play is suspected and next of kin has been notified.

On June 20, 2020 AST received a report of a DV assault in Stebbins. An investigat­ion led to the arrest of Louis Pete, 36, of Stebbins on charges of Assault III DV.

On June 20, 2020 AST and Unalakleet PD contacted Lorraine Ivanoff, 47, of Unalakleet for a traffic violation. While speaking with Lorraine, Lorraine punched Trooper McAfee in the face. Ivanoff was placed under arrest for Assault IV on a Police Officer. At the Unalakleet PD jail, Ivanoff punched Unalakleet PD Chief Cassidy when she was taken out of handcuffs to be placed in her cell. She was charged with an additional count of Assault IV on a Police Officer.

On June 21, 2020 AST contacted Connie Acoman, 37, of Stebbins at her residence in Stebbins. Acoman was subsequent­ly placed under arrest on her outstandin­g felony $3,000 warrant for Assault III.

On June 24, 2020 at 3:13 p.m., Pearl Annogiyuk, 27, of Savoonga, subjected another person to offensive physical contact. Pearl was arrested for Harassment first degree, arraigned, and released on her own recognizan­ce.

On June 24, 2020 at 3:54 p.m., the Savoonga VPSO contacted Richard Waghiyi, 49, of Savoonga, operating an ATV while intoxicate­d after engaging in a fight with another male. Waghiyi had home brew alcohol on his person when he was contacted. Savoonga is a local option community banning the sale, manufactur­e, importatio­n, and possession of alcohol. He was arrested for DUI, Possession of Alcohol in a Dry Community, and Disorderly Conduct. He was transporte­d to AMCC where he is held on $1,500 bail pending arraignmen­t.

On June 24, 2020 at approximat­ely 5:50 p.m., the Savoonga VPSO responded to a welfare check at a residence in the community. Investigat­ion revealed Daisy Kiyuklook, 30, of Savoonga, had strangled and caused serious physical injury to a puppy, violated her conditions of release in multiple court cases, and unlawfully contacted a victim she had previously assaulted. Troopers responded and Daisy was subsequent­ly arrested and transporte­d to AMCC in Nome.
