Disturbance: At approximately 9:21 a.m., Alaska State Troopers in Nome received a report of a possible disturbance. Investigation ongoing.

Nome

Deceased Person: At approximately 1:08 p.m., Alaska State Troopers and EMS responded to a residence for an unresponsive male. Lifesaving measures were unsuccessful, and the individual was pronounced deceased at the scene. No foul play suspected.

Saint Michael

Assault – DV: At approximately 2:30 p.m., Alaska State Troopers received a report of a DV Assault in Saint Michael. VPOs responded at the direction of Troopers, and upon investigation Robert Otten, SR., 40, of Saint Michael, was arrested for DV Assault III.

Norton Sound Region

911 Hang-up: At approximately 10:20 p.m., Alaska State Troopers received a report of a possible liquor law violation. Investigation ongoing.

Assist Medical: At approximately 7:56 a.m., Alaska State Troopers in Nome received a report for a medical assist.

Savoonga

Assault – DV: At approximately 11:38 a.m., Alaska State Troopers responded to a call for a DV Assault. Alcohol was a factor. Ethan Kulowiyi, 24, was arrested on charges of Assault IV, and arraigned via teleconference in Savoonga.

Miscellaneous: At approximately 1 p.m., Alaska State Troopers in Nome received a report of a disturbance. Troopers responded.

Disturbance: At approximately 2:20 a.m., Alaska State Troopers in Nome received a report of a disturbance. No further calls made, no further Trooper involvement.

Nome

Assist Medical: At approximately 3:16 p.m., Alaska State Troopers received a Comfort One notification for an individual in Nome.

Norton Sound Region; Sexual Abuse: On 11/22 at approximately 2244 hours, Alaska State Troopers in the Norton Sound Region received a call regarding a possible sexual assault. Investigation is ongoing.

Teller

Assault – DV: At approximately 10:00 a.m., Alaska State Troopers received a report of a DV Assault. Upon conclusion of the investigation, Troopers arrested Edward Tocktoo, 51, of Teller, on two counts of Assault in the fourth degree.

Norton Sound Region

Sexual Abuse: At approximately 12:53 p.m., Alaska State Troopers received a report of Sexual Abuse. Investigation ongoing.

Brevig Mission

Village Visit: At approximately 3:36 p.m., Alaska State Troopers visited the village of Brevig Mission.

Teller

Village Visit: At approximately 3:38 p.m., Alaska State Troopers visited the village of Teller.

Shishmaref

Assault – DV: At approximately 10:05 p.m., Alaska State Troopers received a report of DV Assault. Upon conclusion of the investigation, Troopers arrested Alfred Kiyutelluk, 46, of Shishmaref, for Assault in the fourth degree.
