RBS to sell Stamford building

Royal Bank of Scotland is putting its downtown Stamford office building up for sale, but it will keep operating there, Hearst Connecticut Media has learned. RBS was the first tenant of the building at 600 Washington Blvd. and UBS later moved its Stamford operations there from across the street at 677 Washington Blvd. The city of Stamford last appraised the RBS building at more than $150 million.
