Fay helped Quinnipiac to four NCAA tournament appearances and spent the 2019-20 season as a graduate assistant.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jen to the staff as a full-time assistant,” Fabbri said in a release. “She was an important part of our recent success and we are excited to have her passion, energy, expertise and input return to the court and sideline.”

Individually, Fay was a three-time AllMAAC selection as well as a two-time MAAC Tournament Most Outstanding Player. Fay was also a four-time MAAC All-Academic team pick.

She ranks 16th in program history and 10th in Division I program history with 1,277 points and is eighth in program history with 146 three-point field goals. She has also played in 133 games in her career, just two behind Aryn McClure and Adily Martucci for the most in program history.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to return home to Quinnipiac in a new role and continue to build on the winning culture Coach Fabbri has established over the years,” Fay said.
