Edward John Luczkowski, 53, formerly of Norwalk, a beloved son to Marie (Manzi) Luczkowski and the late Edward Frank Luczkowski, died suddenly June 25, 2022, at home.

Born January 23, 1969, in Norwalk, “Eddie” was the youngest of four children.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sisters: Lori Anrico and her husband Tom, of Trumbull; Lynn Luczkowski and her wife, Donna LaFleur of Quechee, VT; Lisa Roman and her husband Steve, of Trumbull: five nieces and nephews Lindsey Anrico (Amanda Sebas), Kayla Miko (Alex), Stephen Anrico, Jaclyn Roman and Grant Roman. He also was a great-uncle to Rylee and Raegan, Grady and C.J. He was the Godson of Joan (Domalewski) Nistico and the late Joe Porco. Eddie also leaves behind his longtime partner Kimberly King and had many cousins and friends.

He spent most of his life in Norwalk, CT and in recent years split time between Connecticu­t and Florida where he resided part-time. He attended St. Phillips grammar school, was a 1987 graduate of Norwalk High School where he excelled and captained both the football and baseball teams. He was most at home at the plate, around the game of baseball, earning numerous city and state honors. He attended the University of New Haven on a baseball scholarshi­p before finding his true passion and trade – carpentry.

He started his own business, Total Home Constructi­on, more than 20 years ago. As a general contractor, his creative renovation ideas and crafty hands as a Master Carpenter left a lasting mark in many homes around the Fairfield County area including many family members dwellings.

Eddie had a passion for golf, fishing and the great outdoors and was an avid New York sports fan.

A visitation will be held Thursday June 30 from 4-6 p.m. at Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk, CT. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday July 1, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Philips Church, 1 Father Conlin Pl., Norwalk, CT.
