• The Birmingham Shopping District is hosting The Great Decorate, a holiday tree decorating competitio­n between downtown restaurant­s and retail stores that partner with local artists to win a small business grant, while raising funds for local foster teens, in partnershi­p with the Michigan Adoption Resource Exchange.
