Residents can register for vaccine clinic
A COVID-19 vaccination clinic is being setup exclusively for Northville and Northville Township residents.
Three thousand vaccines are being made available to residents age 18-49 and over with underlying health conditions and those age 50 and over with or without underlying health conditions.
Two clinics will be held on Friday, March 26, and Thursday, April 1, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the VisTaTech Center at Schoolcraft Community College, 18600 Haggerty Road, in Livonia. Wayne County Health Department staff will administer the vaccines.
“We are excited to open it up to more residents,” said Northville Mayor Brian Turnbull. “Our priority for vaccinations in Northville was especially our valued seniors and residents ages 50 and older. We feel confident we’ve accomplished scheduling for these segments, so as of today, we will shift to adhering to the state of Michigan’s guidelines to provide appointments for those 16 and up with any condition.”

The call center will stay open until all appointments are filled. Residents must create an account or use an existing one with Northville Parks and Recreation registration software to schedule a vaccine appointment.
Seniors needing transportation to and from the clinic can call (248) 4499934 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, to make a reservation.
Combined, Northville and Northville Township have a combined population of around 35,000 residents.
