LinTech Global, Inc. has openings for Project Managers, at its facility in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Job duties include: Review and track project implementation across the enterprise and report vital statistics including status reports, and architecture design issues. Lead the agile transformation of Agile software development, by performing initial analysis, to ensure the progress of agile transformation in the organization. Facilitate ROI analysis, release planning strategies, ensure adherence to scaled agile framework, and utilize Waterfall and Agile project methodologies. Participate in architecture core authentication, authorization module design, database optimization and implementation, and utilize SAFe 5.0 practices. Work with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops and cloud infrastructure team in transition to the cloud technology integration and security design and development model, and utilize Scrum, Kanban and Continuous Improvement practices and PSI execution.
Position requires: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or foreign equivalent education, and 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience working in the business, technical, quality analysis field. 5 years of experience is required in each of the following: Agile software development, using Waterfall and Agile project methodologies. ROI analysis, enterprise change management, architecture design and development, using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops and cloud infrastructure for testing of software and systems. Architecture core authentication, authorization module design, and database optimization and implementation, using SAFe 5.0 practices. Assist organizations in adopting Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Continuous Improvement practices and PSI execution.

Product Technical Manager for Troy, MI to manage activities for intuitive controls product group, including development, customer support & productivity; interface with customers & design centers; develop strategies; lead & develop engineering team; order design reviews; interface with customers; manage open issues lists; guide sales team; define & follow up on project activities; conduct scheduling & budgeting; identify CAD & sample needs; assign resources; monitor spending. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely-related field and 5 yrs progressive post-Bachelor’s experience performing automotive electromechanical design; conducting selection of hygroscropic resins for interior ergo switches and/or sensing products; developing automotive interior decorative surfaces for HMI; designing backlighted ergo switches & interior lamps based on Fresnel lightguides; using contact systems (low & high current); conducting electromechanical integration of interior sensing devices; conducting and/or supporting EMC & environmental testing & validation; validating injection product tooling; ensuring adherence to automotive product manufacturing processes; and managing internal & external engineering changes. 20% travel to Mexico, Thailand & Japan.
