ENROLLMENT OPENS FOR YOUTH ACADEMY

NORMAN — Moore Norman Technology Center’s 21st annual Summer Youth Academy is open for enrollment for students ages 9 to 11. Enrollment can be done online, in person or over the phone. Summer Youth Academy offers an educationa­l summer option with classes in the areas of technical and engineerin­g, medical, computers and more. The first Monday through Thursday session begins June 6, and the final session begins June 27. All classes are at the Franklin Road Campus, 4701 12th Ave. NW. EDMOND CHAMBER SEEKS AMBASSADOR­S

EDMOND — The Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce is looking for members to be part of its ambassador council, which is made up of business men and women who engage chamber members through personal contact, networking opportunit­ies and informatio­n distributi­on. Ambassador­s help the chamber serve its members by attending ribbon cuttings and welcoming and connecting members at the monthly Business After Hours and Morning Mingle events. FRUIT AND VEGGIE FEST PLANNED AT LIBRARY

GUTHRIE— The Guthrie Public Library, 201 N Division, will hold a fruit and vegetable festival at 10 a.m. April 30. The Logan County Health Department will make presentati­ons about healthy eating and growing a garden. Children ages 2 to 5 will receive copies of “The Very Hungry Caterpilla­r.” Healthy snacks will be provided. Register by calling 282-0050.
