OKC REALTOR PROMOTES 5, HIRES 2
Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort has promoted five staffers and added two new hires at its Oklahoma City office, 204 N Robinson Ave., Suite 700.
• Kris Davis was promoted to senior vice president, industrial. Davis has been with the firm since 2006 and specializes in the sale and lease of industrial land, warehouses, distribution centers and other industrial property. Davis is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
• Danny Ojeda was promoted to vice president, retail. Ojeda has been with the firm since 2011 and has nearly a decade of real estate experience in the Oklahoma City area. He specializes in restaurant and retail site selection.
• Michael Almaraz was promoted to vice president, retail. He specializes in shopping center leasing and tenant representation. He joined the firm in 2003. Almaraz previously worked as an auditor in the Entrepreneurial Services Group of Ernst & Young LLP. After completing a law degree, he worked in tax preparation for several years before joining Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort.
• Justin Wilson was promoted to vice president, multifamily. Wilson is a Certified Commercial Investment Member specializing in sales and underwriting of Class B and C multifamily property.
• Ben Knotts was promoted to senior associate. Knotts specializes in office acquisition and tenant and landlord representation. He joined the firm in 2008.
• Savannah Stafford joined the firm as director, global services. Stafford holds a law degree from Oklahoma City University and previously worked for six years for Chesapeake Energy. Stafford directs Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort’s corporate real estate outsourcing and is involved in tenant representation.
• Audrey Dodgen joined the firm as marketing and design manager. She has worked in marketing in the metro area since 2011, primarily for companies in manufacturing industries. She is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and holds a master’s degree in photojournalism from the University of Texas.
