Two patient simulators are designed to train nursing students and providers in obstetrics.

SimMom is a “pregnant” manikin that is capable of giving birth to a baby manikin.

Students get experience administering prenatal care, such as conducting ultrasounds, and practicing different methods of newborn delivery.

The baby manikin can be born prematurely or with other birth-related complications.
