•OM Shree LLC paid $1.679 million to 59th Street Mini Storage LLC for a 486-unit mini storage facility on 2.55 acres at 6015 S Blackwelder. T. Mark McKee and Casey Cook with Keller Williams were the seller’s agents and Diana Boyd with Day Realty was the buyer’s agent.

•Medical Revenue Solutions Inc. leased 1,050 square feet of office space at 801 SW 89, Unit A2, from Neidhart Properties LLC. McKee handled the transaction.

•Clean Source Solutions OK leased 7,690 square feet of industrial space at 9425 NW 122 from Rynn’s Enterprises LLC. McKee handled the transaction.
