MIDWEST CITY — More than $18,000 in school supplies and cash donations were collected during the Support Our Schools supply drive this month in Midwest City. The supply drive was sponsored by city employees as a way to help out local schools after significant cutbacks over the past few years. The collected supplies were delivered to schools across the city, and the cash was used to buy more supplies.
