Choctaw takes second place at Jay Hancock Invitation­al

Choctaw kept itself busy last week with district duals, a Thursday night clash with Carl Albert and a weekend trip to Yukon for the Jay Hancock Invitation­al.

Choctaw, ranked No. 2 in Class 6A, was barely challenged at districts last Tuesday, beating Del City, 67-3; Southmoore, 69-12; and Edmond Santa Fe, 64-3.

Choctaw followed its dominating display with a 49-6 win at Class 5A Carl Albert on Thursday.

Bahl dominates for Stillwater
