Last chance to see St. Jude Dream Home
EDMOND — This is the last weekend to tour the St. Jude Dream Home before it’s given away.
It will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Foster Signature Homes of Norman built the 3,000-square-foot luxury home, valued at $500,000, at 8225 Ridge Creek Road in northeast Edmond.
Tickets for a chance to win it are $100 each by calling 800592-1596 or at www.dreamhome.org. It is a fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, which treats young cancer patients regardless of ability to pay.
The winner of the home and other prizes will be announced at 9 a.m. Wednesday on KOKH25.
To get there: From Interstate 35, exit east onto Covell Road and go 2.4 miles; turn north onto N Douglas Boulevard and go 1.5 miles; turn left into Ridge Creek addition; the house is on the corner to the right, at the first cross street.
