Red Oak 6, Granite 2

Tucker Murry had two hits to lead Red Oak to a 6-2 win over Granite Thursday in the Class B fall baseball state tournament at Yukon High School.Grayson Nix picked up the pitching win for the Eagles, who broke open the game with a three-run sixth inning.Granite finished its season at 23-12 while Red Oak advances to the semifinals.

Lookeba-Sickles 3, Kiowa 2

Kade Squires scored the game-winning run on a passed ball in the bottom of the fifth inning as LookebaSic­kles edged Kiowa,

3-2, on Thursday. Thomas Klassen allowed three hits and fanned four to get the pitching win. Kiowa ends its season with a 19-16 record. Lookeba-Sickles, 25-7, meets Leedey at 11 a.m. Friday in the semifinals­inYukon.

Leedey 1, Asher 0

Colton Hunter blanked Asher over six innings and scored the game’s only run on a passed ball as Leedey nipped the Indians, 1-0, on Thursday.Hunter scored the game-winning run in the top of the seventh when with two out, Dalton Goff struck out swinging, but the ball got away from the catcher allowing Hunter to score and Goff to reach base. Asher starter Trevor Martin allowed just one hit in the game, fanning seven over seven innings.

Drummond 9, Tupelo 3

Drummond scored six runs in the top of the sixth inning to down Tupelo, 9-3, on Thursday. Wyatt Gray was 3 for 5 and had two RBI for the Bulldogs, who improved to 23-8 on the season.
