RANKING THE NON-BIG 12 GAMES
1. Georgia Tech at Miami, 2:30 p.m., ABC: The 3-1 Yellow Jackets have flown under the radar, courtesy of an open date and its game at Central Florida rained out by the hurricane.
2. Utah at Southern Cal, 7 p.m., ABC: The Utes kept the Trojans out of the Pac-12 title game last season.
3. Boise State at San Diego State, 9:30 p.m., CBS Sports Network: Keep an eye on San Diego State – the Aztecs could be a potential Cotton Bowl or Fiesta Bowl opponent for either OSU or OU.
4. Auburn at LSU, 2:30 p.m., CBS: Road team in this series has won just twice in the 2000s – Auburn hasn’t won in Baton Rouge since 1999.
5. Ohio State at Nebraska, 6:30 p.m., Fox Sports 1: Buckeyes’ only other trip to Lincoln resulted in a loss, 34-27 in 2011.
6. Texas A&M at Florida, 6 p.m., ESPN2: Just the second meeting since the Aggies joined the SEC – the Gators beat Johnny Manziel in his 2012 Heisman season, 20-17.
7. Michigan State at Minnesota, 7 p.m., Big Ten Network: The 4-1 Spartans are back on the national stage after a dismal 2016 season.
8. Purdue at Wisconsin, 2:30 p.m., Big Ten Network: Boilermakers aren’t bad – which qualifies as a tough game for the Badgers’ soft schedule.
9. Washington at Arizona State, 9:45 p.m., ESPN: The 6-0 Huskies have only one road game remaining after this, Nov. 10 at Stanford.
10. Navy at Memphis, 2:45 p.m., ESPNU: With a victory, the 6-0 Midshipmen can set up an American Conference showdown next week against Central Florida.
