CBRE reports these real estate transactio­ns:

• Ann Arbor Properties LLC paid $1.45 million to Waste Management of Oklahoma Inc. for a 21,660-square-foot industrial building on 3.97 acres at 5600 NW 4. Randy Lacey and Austin Lacey with CBRE represente­d the buyer.

• Armstrong Developmen­t Properties Inc. paid $325,000 to Urbanworks Land One LLC for 1.28 acres of retail land on the northeast corner of SE 48 and Sooner Road. Ryan Storer with CBRE represente­d the buyer.

• Soundcrest Properties LLC paid $360,000 to Realty Income Corp. for 0.5969 acres of retail land at 307 S Air Depot Blvd. in Midwest City. Stuart Graham, Mark W. Inman, Ryan Storer and Kendra Roberts with CBRE represente­d the seller.

NAI Sullivan Group reports these transactio­ns:

• Sanjay Patel paid $565,000 to Michael H. Wright for 4.4 acres at 3217 SW 89, for commercial developmen­t. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transactio­n. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Lisa Yates.

• Neuro Advance USA LLC leased 2,586 square feet of office space at 4215 N Classen Blvd., Suite 103, from McFarland Real Estate LLC, for use as a medical office. Nicole Mayes and Adrian Lillard handled the transactio­n.

• Cactus Wellhead LLC leased a 51,547-square-foot industrial property on 4.21 acres at 5517 SW 29 from Sunwalk Industries LLC, to use for manufactur­ing pressure control equipment used during drilling, completing and production. Bob Sullivan handled the transactio­n.

• Orthopedic and Reconstruc­tive Center leased a 4,430-square-foot office building at 9821 S May Ave. from Weir Realty. Mayes and Lillard handled the transactio­n for the lessor.

• Therapitas leased 1,394 square feet of office space at 4334 Northwest Expressway, Suite 187, from Madrona Northwest Expressway LLC. Mayes and Lillard handled the transactio­n.
