• Ann Arbor Properties LLC paid $1.45 million to Waste Management of Oklahoma Inc. for a 21,660-square-foot industrial building on 3.97 acres at 5600 NW 4. Randy Lacey and Austin Lacey with CBRE represented the buyer.
• Armstrong Development Properties Inc. paid $325,000 to Urbanworks Land One LLC for 1.28 acres of retail land on the northeast corner of SE 48 and Sooner Road. Ryan Storer with CBRE represented the buyer.
• Soundcrest Properties LLC paid $360,000 to Realty Income Corp. for 0.5969 acres of retail land at 307 S Air Depot Blvd. in Midwest City. Stuart Graham, Mark W. Inman, Ryan Storer and Kendra Roberts with CBRE represented the seller.
