What do they fear?

Regarding “UCO student group rescinds invitation to Christian speaker” (News, Feb. 8): I have 17 family members who are among the alumni of UCO, three generations. I am heartbroken that the intolerant group of students have bullied and pressured the UCO Student Association to withdraw an invitation to a speaker because they oppose his Biblical viewpoint. I never thought this would occur at our alma mater. What are they fearing? They don’t have to attend and listen to Ken Ham. This will undoubtedly affect financial support of our university. The definition of university is “all taken together or the sum of everything.”
