Course suggestions

I have a suggested revision to UCO’s student manual. “Cyber (and other) Bullying: When and whom it is OK to bully, and when and whom it isn’t.” I also have a suggested addition to the curriculum. “Moral courage: What it is, how to acquire it if you don’t have it and what to do with it if you do.” I’m not sure whether the course addition belongs under philosophy or liberal arts. Is being liberal an art? One also wonders if enough students would enroll in the course to make it worth offering. And where would you find someone to teach it? By the way, I’m not religious. Just someone who believes in freedom of speech for everyone whether you like it or not.
