Tour offers look at downtown living
Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership and the Business Improvement District will present the 2018 Downtown Home Tour from noon to 4 p.m. March 4 to provide a glimpse of what it’s like to live in the heart of the city.
The free self-guided tour will showcase nine new, popular, and historic properties beginning at any location. Shuttles will be available. Stops will be:
• 701 Hudson, a five-story luxury condo property with 10 units at 701 N Hudson Ave. to be complete this summer.
• Carnegie Centre, residential lofts and commercial businesses such as Udander Spa, Nourished Food Bar, and the University of Central Oklahoma Downtown Campus, at 131 Dean A. McGee Ave.
• The Civic Condominiums, a condominium community in the Arts District at 627 Couch Drive.
• LIFT, in Midtown district at 801 NW 10, a mixed-use development of urban apartments and commercial space built in 2016 with 329 apartments.
• The Montgomery, 500 W Main St. in the Film Row district, originally opened in 1929 as Montgomery Ward Department Store, now a retail and residential building with 70 upscale apartments with one floor of specialty shops and offices.
• Mosaic, 321 N Oklahoma Ave., in the heart of the historic Deep Deuce district, the newest extension of the Level community.
• Park Harvey, 200 N Harvey Ave., built in 1957, formerly known as Fidelity Bank, now a 162-unit apartment building.
• The Sieber, in Midtown at 1305 N Hudson Ave., two buildings that underwent extensive renovations in 2006, with 5,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, 30 apartments, and eight loft-style units.
• The Historic TownHouse Apartments, built in 1933 at 627 NW 5, its 54 flats converted into an 18-unit luxury apartment building.
• Artspace, 1 NE 3, refreshment stop sponsored by Keesee & Co. Inc. real estate.
