Keller Williams Commercial reports these real estate transactions handled by T. Mark McKee:

• Harris Rental LLC paid $550,000 to Glenn-rev Trust for 21,000 square feet of industrial space on 3.67 acres at 4426 and 4428 SW 134 and 13500 S Meridian.

• Grijalva LLC paid $285,000 to Robert and Sherry Neidhart for Units 2-4 of office condos at 801 SW 89.

• Winfield Mosaic LLC paid $180,000 to Crain Minerals LLC for 10 acres east of SE 44 and Sunnylane.

• Grijalva LLC paid $100,000 to Bruce Burnett for an office condo at 801 SW 89. McKee was the seller’s agent and Rosa Spotts with Metro First Realty was the buyer’s agent.

• The Therapy Place leased 2,246 square feet of office space from the Southwest Okla home District Church of the Nazarene at 10944 Northwest Expressway. McKee was the landlord’s agent. Tyler Huxley with Kevo Properties was the tenant’s agent.

• Willeford Insurance Agency leased 1,232 square feet of space from Shops at University North Park LLC at Tecumseh Road and 24th Avenue NW in Norman. Stuart Graham with CBRE was the landlord’s agent. McKee was the tenant’s agent.

Gerald L. Gamble Co. reports these transactions handled by Gerald L. Gamble:

• NHG LLC paid $1.3 million to Chesapeake Land Development Co. for the former Knights of Columbus property, 2 acres and a 7,000-square-foot building, at 6501 N Classen Blvd. American Eagle Title Co. provided title services.

• Garrett & Co. LLC paid $1.4 million to Chesapeake Land Development Company LLC for 75 acres on the west side of S Grand Boulevard at SE
