Three killed in separate crashes

Three people have died in separate Oklahoma crashes, authoritie­s report.

Unidentifi­ed person

A person died in Oklahoma City about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in a crash at E Wilshire Boulevard and N Westminste­r Road. The person was thrown from the vehicle, according to police.

The cause of the crash was under investigat­ion.

Jerry Glenn, 49, of Mounds

Glenn died Wednesday in a pickup crash in Tulsa County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Glenn was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash about 8:10 p.m. on 211th Street South at Lewis Avenue, 5 miles south of Bixby, the patrol reported.

Glenn was not wearing a seatbelt. The cause of the crash was under investigat­ion, the patrol reports.

Unidentifi­ed woman

A woman died about 12:20 p.m. Tuesday in a fiery wreck in southwest Oklahoma City, police reported.

The woman who was killed was driving a car east in the 16500 block of S Interstate 44 when her vehicle was struck from behind by a pickup. The car then hit another pickup, and three vehicles burst into flames.

The car was engulfed in flames and the woman was pronounced dead at the scene, police reported. The woman's name has not been released. The other drivers were not injured, police reported.
