Here are The Oklahoman’s selections for the Classes 4A, 3A, 2A All-Tournament teams from the state basketball tournament­s over the weekend:

4A Boys

MVP: Trey Alexander, Heritage Hall: An unbelievab­le championsh­ip performanc­e from a freshman, Alexander scored 24 of his 27 points in the second half (and 14 points in the fourth quarter) as he led the Charges to the state championsh­ip while averaging more than 23 points per game over the course of the tournament.

4A Girls

MVP: Zoe Shieldnigh­t, Fort Gibson: The Southern Nazarene signee came up with one big play after another, including a drought-busting 3-pointer that closed the door on Elgin in the semifinals. She had a double double in the championsh­ip game to give Fort Gibson the title.

3A Boys

MVP: Latarryus Smith, Star Spencer: When the stage was the biggest, Smith played his best. Averaging more than 18 points per game throughout the tournament, Smith scored 28 points in the state championsh­ip game despite playing less than five minutes in the first half.

3A Girls

MVP: Jonia Walker, Sequoyah Tahlequah: The junior center held her own against stiff competitio­n and came out on top. Walker averaged more than 15 points per game while also hauling in nearly 10 rebounds a game as she helped Sequoyah Tahlequah repeat as Class 3A champion.

MVP: Robert Briley, Wright City: The senior capped his career by bringing home Wright City’s first ever championsh­ip in any sport. The 6-foot-5 forward averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds per game as the Lumberjax cruised to the title.

MVP: Olivia Curtis, Christian Heritage Academy: The steadying force for the two-time defending Class 2A champs, Curtis averaged more than 17 points per game while also taking on the role of lead post defender and rebounder. Curts is also The Oklahoman’s Volleyball Player of the Year and is a OU volleyball commit.
