Help needed for free medical clinic

Volunteers are needed to staff a free medical clinic June 2 and 3 in the Bloomer Sullivan Gymnasium and Bloomer Sullivan Arena on the campus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

SEOSU will host the event in conjunction with Remote Area Medical Oklahoma to provide free health care for those in need of care they cannot afford. Volunteer medical, dental and vision professionals are needed, as well as general volunteers and sponsors. For details and to sign up online, go to volunteer.ramusa.org.

The clinic will treat as many patients as possible on a first-come, first-served basis according to the number of volunteers. Patients will be seen regardless of income or immigration status beginning at 6 a.m. each day.
