On Monday, officers were called to the Homewood Suites, 328 E Sheridan Ave., where they found "primers, assorted ammo, projectiles as well as a copy of 'The Anarchist Cookbook,' " a book that contains instructions for making explosives and other weapons, in one of the rooms, according to the police report.

Also found in the room were Pyrodex pellets, which are black powder pellets used in muzzleloaded rifles, the report states.

A witness told officers that Holt had made threats to blow things up, and said she thought he meant the hotel, the report states.

Drug-related items were also left behind in a room rented by Holt, according to a police report.

Holt was also arrested at the same hotel on March 15 after calling 911 37 times within an hour. He also tried to kick a police officer and was arrested on complaints of assault and battery on a police officer and making false 911 calls, officer Megan Morgan said.
