• South Morgan Business Park LLC paid $1.8 million to L.W. Cary Investors LLC, University of New Orleans Foundation Real Estate Co. LLC, Tulane Cary Land LLC and Cary Estate Property-Surface LLC for 40.51 acres at SW 8 and Morgan Road. Bill Reid of Baker First and Jason Hammock of CBRE handled the sale.
