Travis Linville to perform at USAO

Oklahoma favorite Travis Linville will kick off the Listen Local at The Greek series at 7:30 p.m. June 22 at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.

Born into a musical

family, Linville has sold 15,000 albums in his career of more than two decades. His everevolving repertoire is rooted in songcraft, sly humor and subtlety. His most recent solo album, “Up Ahead,” was released in 2017.

The USAO Alumni Association’s free, family summer concerts will be held at the Greek Theatre on campus. Listeners are invited to pack a picnic and bring a blanket or lawn chairs, said Misti McClellan, director of alumni development.
