BROILED HAM
2 slices (½-inch each) cooked ham
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange ham slices on broiler pan. In small dish, stir together brown sugar, mustard and cloves. Spread over ham. Bake 10 minutes. Change oven temperature to broil and broil about 3-inches from heat until bubbly, about 3 minutes. Do not turn. Will serve 2-to-3.
