Rain postpones Dodgers' series opener with Nashville

- FROM STAFF REPORTS

Heavy rainfall throughout the weekend and Monday morning washed out the Oklahoma City Dodgers’ return home.

The Dodgers’ game Monday night with Nashville was postponed due to unplayable field conditions. A doubleheader is scheduled to begin at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

The doubleheader will be two seven-inning games. Gates open at 4 p.m. and fans with a ticket will receive admission to both games.

Fans with tickets for Monday’s postponed game will be able to redeem their ticket for one of equal or lesser value to any remaining game, based upon availability. They must be redeemed in person at the Dodgers’ ticket office.

OKC and Nashville now open the series at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday.
