Man dies at Lake Eufaula

A person drowned Tuesday in Lake Eufaula, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Emergency workers recovered the body in the Hickory Point area of the lake in Pittsburg County about 6:10 p.m., the patrol reported.

The patrol did not release the name of the person, described as male.

He was not wearing a life jacket.
