Norman plans citywide garage sale in August

NORMAN — The 14th annual Citywide Garage Sale is set for Aug. 3-5.

No city garage sale permit is required during the time of the citywide sale.

Registration for the event will begin Monday. Participants may contact the Action Center before noon July 31 to be included on the citywide garage sale list.

The Action Center will need the address and dates of participation. Registration for this event is optional and is not required to have a garage sale. The list of participating addresses that have been registered will be available after 3 p.m. on Aug. 1 at the following locations: City of Norman website http://www.normanok.gov/; Norman Public Library, 225 N Webster; and Norman Police Department, 201 W Gray St., Building B.
