MetaFund begins management plan
MetaFund has begun a management transition plan that includes the promotion of Sarah Reed and Blake Trippet, CEO Tom Loy said Monday.
“We are pleased to have two extraordinarily talented individuals positioned to lead MetaFund into its next 20 years of growth,” said Loy, who founded MetaFund in 1999. “In order to create a collaborative management and leadership structure, MetaFund has formed an Executive Management Committee consisting of Sarah Reed, Blake Trippet, and myself.”
MetaFund, founded in 1999 by Loy, has a mission to profitably invest in projects that create quality jobs, affordable housing, and provide other direct benefits to disadvantaged individuals and distressed geographic areas.
Trippet, who joined MetaFund in 2012, has been promoted to president. Reed, a CPA and former senior manager with a leading accounting firm, has been promoted to executive vice president.
