Dodgers announce 2019 schedule
Oklahoma City won its third division title in four seasons since becoming the Dodgers, and 2019 is already in the organization’s sights.
The schedule for next season was released Monday and the season marks another year full of promotions, including 14 fireworks nights, three field-trip days and the return of $2 Thursday and Chaparral Energy Family Sundays.
The Dodgers also have four giveaway dates, four outside entertainment nights planned, eight Braum’s Friends and Family dates and seven All-You-Can-Eat dates. Details will be released later.
The team will again participate in Minor League Baseball’s “Es Divertido Se Un Fan” initiative, taking the field as Cielo Azul de Oklahoma City June 20-23 and July 19-21.
OKC opens the season at home April 4 against the San Antonio Missions, a club new to the Pacific Coast League that will replace Colorado Springs as a division foe for the Dodgers. They also close the season at home Sept. 2 against New Orleans.
The Dodgers will be home on Thursday, July 4, against Round Rock. Fireworks will follow the game.
OKC also hosts games with Pacific Northern teams Tacoma, Reno, Sacramento and Fresno.
OKC is currently accepting season-ticket renewals, as well as new full-season, half-season and partial-season ticket packages.
