The Thunder’s 154-147 double overtime loss to the Spurs on Thursday was an instant classic with some instantly unforgetta­ble numbers:

1,222: Wins for Spurs coach Gregg Popovich, moving him past Jerry Sloan for third all-time in NBA history.

301: Combined points between the Thunder and Spurs, the 21st highestsco­ring game in NBA history and the highest combined score since 2006.

84.2: The Spurs’ 3-point percentage (16-of-19) Thursday, the best in NBA history by a team attempting at least 15 3-pointers.

56: Points by Spurs forward LaMarcus Aldridge, a career high and the most points without attempting a 3-pointer since Shaquille O’Neal in 2000.

25: Points for Jerami Grant, a career high.

24: Number of assists for Russell Westbrook, his career high and the most in a game since Rajon Rondo’s 25 on Dec. 27, 2017.

20: Consecutiv­e games with two or more 3-pointers for Paul George, the longest such streak of his career.

14: Consecutiv­e 3-pointers made by the Spurs to open the game, the most to start a game in the last 20 seasons.

11: Assists by Westbrook in the last 20 minutes of the game.

9: Players who have scored 50 or more points this season, one shy of the NBA single-season record.

8-to-1: Westbrook’s assist-to-turnover ratio on Thursday (24 assists, three turnovers).

7: 3-point field goals made by Thunder guard Terrance Ferguson, a career high.

4: Regular-season games in Westbrook’s career in which he’s played 50 or more minutes. Two have come against the Spurs — the last coming Jan. 13, 2010 before Thursday’s game.

1: On Thursday, the Thunder set a new No. 1 in franchise history for most points scored in a loss. The previous high was 139 against Utah on April 6, 2010. It’s also the most points in a loss by any NBA team since 2008.
