Bingo for Roses: The Oklahoma Rose Society's annual Bingo for Roses fundraiser is at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Will Rogers Garden Center, 3400 NW 36. Two bingo sessions will be held, and bingo cards are $5 each. Rosarians will be on hand to answer any rose questions. More than 100 rose bushes will be given away. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

VP named: Patricia “Trish” Ingram has been named vice president of operations for Daily Living Centers Inc., an adult day health care organizati­on that operates four area facilities. Foster families sought: Sunbeam Family Services is asking the community to open their hearts and homes by becoming a foster family. In Oklahoma alone, more than 8,190 children are in state custody and in need of a loving home. Through the Foster Care program, Sunbeam works with families in Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan, McClain and Oklahoma counties.
