Oklahoma City theatergoers will say hello to Dolly, SpongeBob SquarePants, Miss Saigon, Charlie Bucket of Chocolate Factory fame and more in the coming year.

OKC Broadway — a presentation of The Nederlander Organization and Civic Center Foundation — has announced the lineup for its 2019-2020 season, which will include a mix of revived classic shows and new hits coming to the Civic Center Music Hall direct from Broadway.

The 2019-2020 subscription season will begin Oct. 15-20 with “Hello, Dolly!,” winner of the 2017 Best Musical Revival Tony Award, and continues Nov. 12-17 with the hit Broadway musical based on one of the most beloved characters in cartoon history: “The SpongeBob Musical.”

OKC Broadway will ring in 2020 with theater impresario Cameron Mackintosh's acclaimed new production of the legendary musical “Miss Saigon,” to run Jan. 14-19. “Come From Away,” the Tony-winning hit musical that celebrates the best in humanity, will play Oklahoma City Feb. 4-9, 2020.

Moving towards spring, OKC Broadway will welcome “Anastasia,” a romantic and adventuresome new musical about a young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past, March 3-8, 2020.

Rounding out the subscription season, Oklahoma City will get a golden ticket with the musical version of the beloved tale of “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” May 12-17, 2020.
