• Allocation: $115 million • Noteworthy: A little over $10 million of that money could be used for improvements to the city-owned Oklahoma City Thunder practice facility in the northeast part of town.
OKC Fairgrounds Coliseum
• Allocation: $63 million • Noteworthy: A new coliseum, which would host high school basketball and wrestling championships, would replace the aging Jim Norick Arena. At least $25 million in additional funding would come from hotel tax revenue, MAPS 3 excess funds, naming rights and other sources.
Soccer stadium
• Allocation: $37 million • Noteworthy: The stadium would host professional and college soccer, high school football and soccer and concerts. Construction of the stadium would be contingent on a professional soccer team agreeing to play there once it opens.
