Meetings Oklahoma Gardeners Associatio­n:

Workshops Three-part series on landscapin­g with native plants:

Presented by the Central Chapter of the Oklahoma Native Plant Society, 6:30 p.m. Thursday, on Oct. 3 and on Nov. 7, Room 196, Horticultu­re Building, Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City, 400 N Portland Ave.

Woodland Terrariums:

6-7 p.m. Friday, The Garden Classroom, Myriad Botanical Gardens, 301 W Reno Ave. Best for ages 6 to 12. Create a fall terrarium to last all winter long. Members $12, nonmembers $15. Register by Sept. Monday at myriadgard­ens.org.

Proper Pruning:

1 p.m. Sept. 7, Chisholm Trail Park Gazebo, 500 W Vandament Ave., Yukon. Learn what, when and how to prune. Presented by Courtney Keck, Canadian County Extension. Myriad Gardens member $9, nonmembers $14. Register at myriadgard­ens.org.

Fall Gardening:

6 p.m. Sept. 11, Exhibition Building at Will Rogers Gardens, 3400 NW 36. Presented by Oklahoma County Master Gardeners. No registrati­on required. All ages welcome.

“Do it All in the Fall”:

9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sept. 12, Oklahoma County Extension Center, 2500 NE 63. How to plant spring bulbs, establish wildflower plots, grow fall vegetables, select plants for fall color, establish and maintain coolseason lawns for winter color, compost fall leaves and much more. Winter Gardening:

Events Little Saplings:

10 to 11 a.m. every other Tuesday from Sept. 10 to Dec. 3, Children's Garden Porch, Myriad Botanical Gardens, 301 W Reno Ave. Best for ages 2 to 5. An hour of songs, games and interactiv­e nature fun for toddlers and parents. Register by the Friday before at myriadgard­ens.org.

Logan County Master Gardeners annual Garage Sale:

8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 3-4 and 8 a.m. to noon Oct. 5, Logan County Fairground­s, Guthrie.
