Real Estate Investment Strategies LL C paid $985,000 to Singer Bros. and others for 13 acres on the southeast corner of N Pennsylvan­ia Avenue and W Hefner Road in The Village. Gamble represente­d the sellers.

Malarkey Oklahoma Holdings ILL C paid $855,500 to B.D. Eddie Enterprise­s LP for 6.5 acres of industrial land southeast of SW 29 and Council Road, for expansion of Malarkey Roofing Products. Gamble handled the sale.
