LTR Fastener& Supply is consolidat­ing operations and moving, leaving four industrial properties vacant.

Locally owned LTR has grown from 30 to 50 employees since its start in 2008.It ismoving to a 40,000-square-foot building at 2809 S Council Road. Available for lease in January are 7424, 7444,7500- A, and 7500- B Mel rose Lane, comprising 36,900 square feet of industrial space and 2,758 square feet of office space, being marketed by broker Randy Lacey withCBRE.

Lacey called LTR "a great example of a home grown success story. LTR started off in one small building and continued to grow until they required a bigger facility for all of their employees to be under one roof. The facilities on Melrose Lane are in a great location and have the necessary amenities for companies looking to grow and improve their business.”

Real estate company hires five

Humphreys Capital, 17 NW 6, a real estate investment company, has added five employees to its investment, accounting and investor relations teams.

Justin Lewellen and Joshua Fahrenbruc­k joined the firm as directors of investor relations.

Lew ellen brings over a decade of finance, investor relations and capital markets experience, most Sikes recently as

CFO at Lagoon Water Solutions. Fahrenbruc­k previously was vice president at J. P.M organ Private Bank, and is recognized as an “Achiever Under 40.”

Jon Sikes is new investment associate. He has a background in commercial lending and real estate with expertise in sourcing, under writing and asset management. Julie Craig brings 22 years of CPA experience to her role as an accounting associate. Kathy Mann, with two decades' experience in accounting and payroll, manages accounting and administra­tion.
