Kansas City Fed announces elections, appointments
The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City on Friday announced director election results and appointments to fill seats on its headquarters office and branch boards of directors.
Doug Stussi, executive vice president and managing director at Love Family Office in Oklahoma City, was reelected to a threeyear term by Group 3 banks as a Class B director, representing the public. Stussi has served on the headquarters office board since 2017.
Members of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City's head office Board of Directors represent the Tenth Federal Reserve District: Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Wyoming, northern New Mexico and western Missouri.
The following were named directors of t he Oklahoma City Branch:
• Brady Sidwell, owner and principal of Sidwell Strategies LLC in Enid, was appointed to serve an unexpired portion of a three-year term.
•Susan Chapman Plumb, chairwoman and CEO at Bank of Cherokee County in Tahlequah, was reappointed to serve a three year-term.
•Christopher C. Turner, president and chief financial officer of The First State Bank in Oklahoma City, was reappointed to serve a three year-term.
• Dana S. Weber, CEO and chairman of Webco Industries Inc. in Sand Springs, was reappointed to serve a three year-term by the Board of Governors of t he Federal Reserve System.
•Tina Pa tel, chief financial officer of Promise Hotels Inc. in Tulsa, was designated Oklahoma City Branch chair woman for 2020. Oklahoma City Branch directors represent t he state of Oklahoma.
