FLYING HIGH:

In celebratio­n of the 19th Amendment's 100-year anniversar­y, artist Marilyn Artus is constructi­ng a flag with 36 stripes to represent each state that took part in the ratificati­on. Oklahoma's stripe will be added at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Broad (1225 N Broadway Ave.), in collaborat­ion with artist Denise Duong and poet Kerri Shadid. The 30th annual Will Rogers Garden Festival takes place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Will Rogers Gardens, 3400 NW 36. POWER POP:

The Oklahoma City Museum of Art, 415 Couch Drive, reopens to the public after COVID-19 closures at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Visitors can enjoy the new exhibit, “POP Power from Warhol to Koons,” featuring more than 100 paper and sculptural works by famed Pop Artists.
