BLUES BY YOU: Belle Isle Blues Festival returns for a second year at 8 p.m. Friday at Belle Isle Restaurant and Brewery, 1900 Northwest Expressway. The Cadillac Blues Assembly will be joined by Eric the Big E and Steph Johnson to perform Chicago-era electric blues music. PUT A `RING' ON IT: Carpenter Square Theatre will present the second title in its live-stream “CST LiveOnline!” series at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday with a radio show-style presentation of the 1946 film classic “The Postman Always Rings Twice.” The company will broadcast the 30-minute show live from RK-1 Studios on Carpenter Square's YouTube channel.
