BLUES BY YOU: Belle Isle Blues Festival returns for a second year at 8 p.m. Friday at Belle Isle Restaurant and Brewery, 1900 Northwest Expressway. The Cadillac Blues Assembly will be joined by Eric the Big E and Steph Johnson to perform Chicago-era electric blues music.
