THE OKLAHOMA N' S 2020 CLASS B PR E SEASON FOOTBALL RANKINGS

1. Shattuck (14-0): Coming off an undefeated season and the 2019 Class B state championship, Shattuck is set to repeat with the return of many of its key players.

2. Dewar (12-1): The Dragons bring back an explosive offense with four-year starting quarterback Joey Fowler at the helm.

3. Davenport (11-3): The Bulldogs lost some experience on the offensive line but with the return of their quarterback, running back and tight end, Davenport is set to have an exceptional season.

4. Tulsa Regent Prep (14-1): The Rams are ready to take the next step after finishing as the 2019 Class B state runner-up last season. With the group Tulsa Regent Prep has returning, it is set on winning the gold ball.

5. Alex (10-3): The Longhorns bring back a dynamic offense that includes senior running back Tatton Anderson who is a little over 2,200 yards away from breaking Oklahoma's all-time career rushing record.

6. Cherokee (12-2): Cherokee has unfinished business after advancing to the state semifinals last season. With the return of junior quarterback Lake Lyon and a good group behind him, it is primed for another playoff push. 7. Pioneer-Pleasant Vale (9-4):

The Mustangs advanced to the third round of the 2019 Class B

playoffs and are regrouping for another deep playoff run.

8. Laverne (9-3): With the return of nearly all of its players, including junior running back Houston Bockelman, the Tigers are expected to have another successful season. 9. Pond Creek-Hunter (14-0): The defending 2019 Class C state champion will have many holes to fill after graduating many of its players. PC-Hunter will rely on its winning tradition in the move up to Class B.

10. Snyder (8-4): After putting together three consecutive winning seasons, the Cyclones are ready to drive for the fourth with a good group of players returning.

11. Velma-Alma (9-0): Competing as an independent team, the Comets went undefeated last season and outscored their opponents by a combined 320 points. Four of its opponents were Class B schools.

12. Tipton (8-4): An experienced center, Brett Thompson, and guard, Trey Mains, will be pivotal for the Tigers' I-formation offense as they look to keep the streak of winning seasons going.

13. Waurika (9-2): Senior running back Kevin Garcia returns after rushing for more than 1,000 yards last season. With an experienced offensive line, the Eagles could likely run their way back to the playoffs. 14. Covington-Douglas (7-5):

The Wildcats have a veteran group returning, which includes depth on the offensive line to protect its talented senior quarterback Weston Carl who threw for more than 2,400 yards last season. 15. Keota (8-3): Coach Eric Henry will face a challenge after graduating 10 seniors from last year's winning team. The Lions will rely on their returning group that “knows what it takes to be successful.” 16. Broken Arrow Summit Christian (8-4): The Eagles have big expectations this season after nearly returning every starter from last year's winning season.
