Sage Sotheby's gets new sales director

Sage Sotheby's Internatio­nal Realty, 6430 N Western Ave., has named Wayne Kirby as director of sales and growth as it prepares too pena second office.

Kirby has 28 years of sales experience, 15 in real estate. The South Carolina native has been recognized f or being

in the top 10% in the nation for real estate title sales for the largest title company in the United States, and has been a multi milliondol­lar producer since arriving in Oklahoma City in 2007.

Also joining the firm are three agents from the Kirby Real Estate Group, Terra Kirby, Matthew Bennett and Kendra Lowder.

Sage opened its first office in 2017 and grew from $22 million to $120 million in sales, and from five agents to nearly 40, by 2019, when i t became affiliated with Sotheby's Internatio­nal Realty. A new Midtown office is set to open this fall at 1116 N Walker Ave. now under renovation by Iconic Constructi­on.

“The new Midtown Gallery Office is intended to be a modern real estate gallery that's open the to public. As Realtors, our team is naturally a part of the community. It's important to us to have a workspace that is open and inviting to visitors, associates, and our clients,” spokesman Jenny Grigsby said.
