Sharon attended The University of Oklahoma, where she studied engineering and was a member of the engineering honor society, Tau Beta Pi. She graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University (OCU) in 1980, after which she began her 40-year career as an attorney where she was a fierce advocate for her many clients over the years. Among her professional achievements, Sharon was particularly proud of her induction as a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar Association.

Sharon’s lifelong intellectual curiosity touched on a myriad of interests, including a love of languages, religious history, American history and genealogy, and WWII planes in honor of her late father, a U.S. Army Air Corps bombardier. She was also very active in the local Oklahoma City Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) chapter.

In death, Sharon joins her loving husband, Nabil Toufic Khalek, who passed away on Sept. 14, 2020. Sharon was immensely proud of her children: daughter, Adriana K. Davis, of the Washington, DC Metro area; son, Joshua Isaac Davis and his wife Jennifer, of Charlotte, NC; and son, David Nabil Khalek and his wife Lisa, of Oklahoma City, OK. Sharon will be greatly missed by her beloved grandchildren, Jeremiah, Emmett, and Levi Davis; and Jeffrey, Annabelle, Adrian, Layla, and Cheyenne Khalek. Sharon is also survived by her uncle, Jack Moore and his wife Carol; and her aunt, Carole Jeanne Moble;, as well as other dear family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oklahoma Bar Association Lawyers for Heroes, which provides pro bono legal services for U.S. Military veterans who cannot afford a lawyer.
