The Thunder selected Vit Krejci with the 37th pick in the NBA draft Wednesday night. The Thunder acquired the pick in a draft-night trade with the Wizards. The Thunder received the 37th pick and forward Admiral Schofield from the Wizards for the 53rd pick and a 2024 second-round pick. Here are five things to know about Krejci:

Background info: Krejci is a 6-foot-8 point guard from Strakonice, Czech Republic. He moved to Zaragoza, Spain when he was 14. Now 20, Krejci plays for Casademont Zaragoza in Spain's top professional league.

Professional career: Krejci has played for Casademont Zaragoza since 2017. He was 16 when he made his professional debut. Krejci averaged 3.2 points and 1.1 rebounds per game in 2019-20. He only played 7.6 minutes per game.

Out with injury: Casademont Zaragoza announced in September that Krejci suffered an ACL injury that required surgery. He was ruled out for the rest of the 2020-21 season.

Czech national team: Krejci appeared in a qualifying game for the Czech national team before the 2019 FIBA World Cup.
